These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sensever Inc, 1498 Buford Hwy Ste C, #322, Sugar Hill, GA 30518, USA ("we", "us"), about your use of sensever.com, accounts.sensever.com, the mirror sensever.ru, Sensever Flow, Sensever Foundry, Crawl, Storage, Billing, the Sensever apps for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, the website widget and comments, the Sensever API and the Sensever MCP server (together, "Sensever" or the "Service").

Acceptance. When you create an account, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy by ticking the checkbox on the sign-up form. If we publish a new version, we ask you to accept it the same way before you continue (see section 14). If you use Sensever for an organisation, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm that you may do so.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Sensever is a workspace for communication and work: chats, groups, channels and calls; customer support across the website widget, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, MAX, email and telephony; tasks and records (Sensever Flow); team and project search (Sensever Foundry); publishing (Studio); mail; files; visitor statistics; AI assistants; and an API, bots and an MCP server for other apps. We keep developing the Service, so features may be added, changed or removed. Some features may be available only to some accounts while they are being tested.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including through API keys, bots and apps you connect.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the older age required where you live, to use Sensever. You must be at least 18 years old to use Sensever Foundry.

3. Your content

Your messages, files, materials and other content remain yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you and to the people you share it with, and, for content you make public, to show it publicly. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies in backups that are deleted in the normal course.

You confirm that you have the rights needed for the content you upload and share, and that sharing it does not break the law or the rights of others.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Sensever to:

  • break the law or help others break it;
  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
  • harass, threaten or harm people, or share content that exploits children;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • spread malware, attack, overload or probe the Service, or get around its limits and security;
  • access accounts, chats or data without permission, or collect other people's data without a lawful basis;
  • impersonate people or organisations, or mislead people about who you are;
  • try to find out who is behind a pseudonym in Foundry, or ask people for contacts they have not chosen to share.

When you connect messaging platforms (for example, WhatsApp Business or Instagram), you must also follow their rules. We may remove content or limit an account that breaks these Terms, as described in section 12.

5. Projects, support and customers

If you use Sensever to talk to your own customers (support requests, the website widget, comments, mail, telephony, visitor statistics of your website), you are responsible for that communication and for having a lawful basis for it: informing your customers and website visitors, getting the consents your law requires (for example, turning on the widget's consent mode where it is needed) and answering their requests about their data. For your customers' data, we act as your processor and process it only to provide the Service to you.

You may connect to Crawl only websites that you own or control, and you must prove this as Crawl asks. You are responsible for the content of your website that your assistant learns from.

The owner of a project, group, channel or workspace controls it: they decide who has access and can delete its content.

6. AI features

AI assistants generate answers automatically. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check important information before you rely on it, and do not use AI answers as professional (for example, legal, medical or financial) advice. You are responsible for how you use the answers and for what an assistant you set up tells your customers.

7. Connected apps and the MCP server

You can connect AI apps of your choice to Sensever through the MCP server at https://mcp.sensever.com/mcp. An app gets only the permissions you approve on the consent screen, and only the data you can access yourself. Today the MCP server is read-only: it can show your profile and search and open messages of your chats, groups and channels.

The data the app receives is handled by the app's provider under its own terms; we are not responsible for the app or its provider. You can disconnect an app at any time at accounts.sensever.com/connected-apps or in your profile on sensever.com, Profile → Connected apps. What we store about connected apps and for how long is described in the Privacy Policy.

The API, bots and the MCP server have rate limits. Do not use them to get around the limits or security of the Service.

8. Sensever Foundry

Sensever Foundry helps people find co-founders, team members, projects and investors. It is free.

  • Introductions only. Foundry only introduces people to each other. Sensever is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, funding portal or crowdfunding platform. It does not offer, sell, arrange or recommend any investment, does not take part in negotiations, does not hold, receive or transfer money or securities, and takes no commission, fee or share of any deal made between people who met through Foundry.
  • Not an offer. Information about projects comes from their authors or from public sources (CORDIS, GitHub, SEC filings). Nothing in Foundry is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell securities or any other financial instrument, or a public offering. We do not check projects, figures or forecasts. Forecasts are the authors' own estimates and may never come true.
  • Your own decision and your own law. Any decision to work with someone or to invest is yours alone, at your own risk; investing in early-stage projects can lose all the money invested. Check every project and person yourself and take independent advice. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including rules on investor qualification, securities offerings, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and tax.
  • Investor and author terms. To see the financial information of projects you must accept the investor terms, and to list a project in the catalogue you must accept the author terms. They are shown to you in Foundry and apply in addition to these Terms. When they change, you must accept the new version before you continue.
  • Investor status is self-declared. We do not verify investors or their money.
  • Matching. Suggestions are made automatically by rules and scores described in the Privacy Policy. They are suggestions only; we do not promise any result.
  • Honest profiles and projects. Give true information. Do not put contacts or personal names in places that are meant to stay anonymous, do not promise guaranteed returns and do not publish misleading figures.
  • Respect anonymity. Do not try to find out who is behind a pseudonym, and do not pass on another member's identity, contacts or the financial information of projects to anyone else.
  • Moderation. We may hide a profile, project, card or message, ask you to change it, or exclude a member from matching after confirmed reports. You can block any member. If you think a decision about you is wrong, write to us.
  • Claims of imported projects. Claim a card only for a project you really represent.

9. Paid features and the partner program

Some features are paid, for example storage beyond the free allowance, team members in Sensever Flow, AI usage and telephony. Prices and how usage is counted are shown in Sensever (the "Finance" section) before you are charged. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded. We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you before a change applies to you.

Partners who bring businesses to Sensever receive a reward on those businesses' payments under the partner program conditions shown in Sensever. To receive payouts, a partner gives correct payout details and is responsible for their own taxes.

10. Our rights

The Service, its software, design and the Sensever name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to them, except the right to use the Service under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep Sensever available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of content that is important to you.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Sensever at any time. To delete your account, write to legal@sensever.com.

We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if it breaks these Terms or the law, if it puts other people or the Service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you in advance and give you a chance to fix the problem.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. We are not liable for agreements, investments or other dealings between people who met through Sensever, including Foundry. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intentional misconduct or for rights you have as a consumer.

14. Versions and changes

Each version of these Terms is identified by the date it takes effect, shown at the top of the page. When we make a material change, we publish a new version and ask you to accept it, by ticking a checkbox, before you continue to use Sensever. Small changes that do not affect your rights (for example clearer wording) do not need a new acceptance. If you do not accept a new version, you can stop using Sensever and delete your account. Earlier versions stay available: they are listed at the top of this page and open at /terms?version=<version>, for example /terms?version=2026-10-15.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA; disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
