SENSEVER
Sensever

Conversation, knowledge and work — in one space

Chats and calls with your team, channels and articles for your audience, customer support on your website, tasks and processes. It all connects — and opens with a single account.

One Sensever account — for every service and every device.

Features

One system instead of five services

Open content, private teams and client work sit side by side — and never get lost in an endless feed.

Messaging and calls

Dialogs, groups and channels with topics. Audio and video calls right from the conversation.

Posts and articles

An article editor, posts in channels and a shared feed where content is found by topic and language.

Spaces and communities

Separate channels and groups for personal projects, teams, brands and expert communities.

Flexible access

Open to everyone, by link or invite only — you decide who sees what.

For business

A widget on your site, requests by department, comments on pages and a team of operators.

Tasks and processes

Team tasks and Flow — objects, statuses and processes in the same place as your conversations.

Messaging

Dialogs, groups and channels in one list

A chat with a colleague, a working group and an announcements channel sit side by side and are found with one search field. Messages arrive instantly, and history survives a dropped connection.

  • Quoted replies, reactions, attachments and read receipts
  • Topics in groups and channels — discussions stay separate
  • Audio and video calls right from the conversation
  • Push notifications and install as an app on phone and desktop

Knowledge

Not a feed. A knowledge system.

Important information should not disappear in a stream of messages. Articles, guides and notes stay structured and easy to reach — in a channel, in the shared feed and by direct link.

  • Article editor: text, images, video and galleries
  • Different formats: articles, news, interviews, recipes, video
  • A shared feed with search, topics and a language filter
  • Reactions and saves — find the useful things again

Spaces and access

Spaces for anything — and you decide who sees what

A single profile is often not enough. Set up separate channels and groups for a personal project, an editorial team, a company department or a private community — each with its own address, look and people.

  • Open access, joining by link or invite only
  • Roles: owner, admins, members and readers
  • A public channel page with a short address
  • Paid access and subscriptions — soon

Work

Tasks and processes — next to your conversations

Discussion and work no longer live in different tabs. Team tasks and Flow — objects, statuses and processes — are built into Sensever and open from the same menu.

  • Boards with statuses you shape around your process
  • Assignees, due dates and a change history
  • A visual editor for processes and columns
  • Academy — short lessons on how it all works
For business

Customer support right on your website

Create a project, enter your domain and paste one snippet before the closing body tag. The widget appears on your site, and visitor requests land in Sensever — in the same place where you talk to your team.

  • Your project logo, name and contact channels inside the widget
  • Visitors sign in through Accounts in a separate window — no tokens are passed to the site
  • Several domains per project and a team of operators
  • Request history is kept in the visitor's own account

Requests and comments

Departments, notes and the whole history at hand

Requests are sorted into departments, moved between them and closed with one button. Internal notes stay visible to your team only, and the visitor card shows which pages they came from.

  • Filters by project, status and department, plus request search
  • Notes for the team — outside the conversation with the client
  • Comments on your site pages — with the same snippet as the widget
  • Moderation and spam protection on the project side

Developers

One API for every conversation

Conversations, messages, events and a realtime connection — through an HTTP API and a JavaScript SDK. The OpenAPI specification, the WebSocket event schema and the guides live in the developers section.

  • REST: conversations, messages, paginated history
  • WebSocket on a single-use ticket — delivery without polling
  • Browser SDK on top of the Accounts session you already have
  • Outgoing webhook events for your own service

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who is Sensever for?

For authors and experts, communities and editorial teams, teams and companies — anyone who needs to talk, publish and work in one place.

Can I start alone?

Yes. Start as a single author with a channel or an article, then invite editors, members and colleagues.

Can I mix public and private content?

Yes. Access is chosen for every channel and group: open to everyone, by link or invite only. Articles can be public, link-only or private too.

Does Sensever work for internal company use?

Yes. Teams keep discussions and announcements in groups and channels, documentation and onboarding in articles, and working processes in tasks and Flow.

Is there monetization?

Paid access to content and subscriptions to spaces are the next step. For now, every space works without payment.

How do I add support to my own site?

Create a project, enter your domain and paste one snippet. Visitor requests land in Sensever — in the same place where you talk to your team.

What devices does Sensever run on?

In the browser on desktop and phone. Sensever can be installed as an app and send push notifications even when the tab is closed.
