How billing works
Members and storage are prorated by usage time in each calendar month. Changes to project membership and stored files are reflected in your bill.
AI charges are based on the tokens used. Charges are posted daily. Top-ups, transactions and detailed usage are available in Finance.
Bonuses can pay for eligible Sensever services. They cannot be withdrawn or used to purchase paid content. Each bonus shows its expiry date and terms in your account.
